Qué es Yoga?

Yoga es la Unión de la Conciencia Individual con la Conciencia Infinita. La definición de un yogui, es un individuo que se ha apoyado totalmente en la Conciencia Suprema, la cual es Dios, hasta que se ha fusionado el Ser Individual con con el Ser Infinito. Eso es todo lo que significa.

"Yo les voy a hablar acerca de Yoga en términos muy simples: La mente humana es potencialmente infinita y creativa. 

Pero, en la realidad práctica, es limitada. 

Entonces se requiere un saber hacer técnico, por medio del cual uno pueda expandir su mente para producir el equilibrio que le permita. Controlar su estructura física y experimentar su 

Ser Infinito."
