Frases del Maestro Yogui Bhajan

"Learn to listen to others calmly, learn to listen to yourself quietly. Your strength is not in your wealth. Your strength is not in your degrees. Your strength is only in you, now calmly, quietly, peacefully you can fact the consequences. The moment you do not listen quietly to your own self, it is natural that you will become anxious."

The lifestyle of a Sikh includes:

Rising before the sun each morning in what is called the Amrit Vela or Ambrosial Hours. In the two and half hours before the sun rises, the mind has the best chance to quietly surrender and hear the voice of the Spirit.
Taking a cold shower, balancing the body, mind and breath and then meditating on the One within everyone.
Meditating on and chanting the Shabad Guru, the Sacred Sound Current as Divine Teacher which brings us to the experience of our own Divinity.
Meditating and chanting at sunset and before going to sleep.

Guru Gobind Singhji

Enshrine Him in your mind, the One who created you. Whoever meditates on the Lord and Master obtains peace. Fruitful is the birth, and approved is the coming of the Gurmukh. One who realizes the Hukam of the Lord's Command shall be blessed - so has the Lord and Master ordained. One who is blessed with the Lord's Mercy does not wander. Whatever the Lord and Master gives him, with that he is content.

"I always believe God is at work. God rotates the Earth; God shall take care of ... the routine. What does tiny little me have to worry about? The One who created the Universe should worry! He created me tall or short, bad or good, idiot or wise; it is His problem. But for years and years we have created such fear. What we have done is we have separated ourselves from God, 'He's in the seventh heavens, we are down here.' No, like the rays of the sun which shine, all of you have come here, you are part of the same Reality, same Truth, same Grace. Somebody's short, somebody's tall, somebody's smart, somebody's an idiot; it is His computer which gets messed up, not you. If you simply understand and write on your heart, 'Made in God,' all your problems will be over."
