In this Dark Age singing His [God's] praises is the foremost way to achieve peace and harmony in our turbulent world; the pious (Gurmukh) must meditate in earnest on His Name.

Significa:
En esta edad oscura cantando alabanzas de su Nombre /Dios) es lo más importante para lograr la Paz y la Armonía en nuestro mundo turbulento; el piadoso (Gurmukh)* debe meditar seriamente sobre su nombre.
